Escape to The Cascade Hideaway: A spacious, private daylight basement apartment in Cascade Cabin. Nestled against Tumwater Ridge and Wenatchee National Forest, yet just a short walk from downtown Leavenworth. This charming 3-bedroom suite comes with a kitchenette, BBQ, firepit, and private hot tub-perfect for unwinding. Ideal for accommodating up to 6 adults, or 7 including infants. Surrounded by lush grounds, and a rose garden. Fully licensed with Chelan County (PL18-130) since 2018.

The space
We have a dedicated parking lot just for you, with ADA-friendly pathways (there are no guest stairs on premise), leading to the entrance of the Cascade Hideaway. The Hideaway is a secondary guest suite apartment that is entirely yours. Inside, you will find a wide hallway with three bedrooms, a large living room, kitchenette, bistro table, bathroom and laundry room. In addition to beds, each bedroom is furnished with side table lights, USB chargers, a closet, and robes to help make you feel at home. In the living room, relax in power recliners with a 3D movie or any of the streaming services.

Make breakfast, cocktails or cookies in the kitchenette, which is well stocked with utensils and small appliances like two burner stove, coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, microwave, and toaster oven.

After a long day of adventures, rinse off in the spacious bathroom with dual head shower. Enjoy the views from our expansive acre lawn and play games - yes, you will have it all to yourselves!

Relish happy hour, grilling and dining under our fully covered patio, optimized for year-round fun. At the end of the day around the firepit and watch the clouds float over the valley and the stars twinkle, then relax in your private hot tub!

We also welcome well-behaved pets with registration and confirmation of shots (photo of records) and a small pet fee ($40).

The Cascade Hideaway is a perfect place for multi-generational families to meet and friends to gather, play and celebrate.
We have tried to think of everything you might need during your stay.

We have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower and hand soap, Q-tips, and cotton pads at the sink in the bathroom. Also, in the kitchen we have paper towels, dish soap, sponge, napkins, spray cleaner and extra trash bags and paper towels.

Our kitchenette has a two-burner stove, a mini microwave, small air fryer/roaster/oven and mini fridge. We also have a blender, toaster, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker and ice maker. The kitchenette also includes plenty of dishes and cooking pans and utensils.

If you forget anything we can usually help out too.

My husband and I are retired early, and we love living in Leavenworth and everything it has to offer! We enjoy hiking, bicycling, snow boarding, and even mountain biking once in a while. Every spring will find us training for a triathlon and whipping up tasty dishes. Christmas is our favorite holiday and we like to join the Christmas town spirit and go big! Our decorations and the lights stay on into the long winter, and usually come down in February.
